What is micro hair pigmentation?

Micro hair pigmentation, also known as scalp micropigmentation, is a non-surgical cosmetic tattoo that mimics hair follicles. By applying natural pigments to your scalp, we create the illusion of a buzz-cut or short hair stubble. Using a wafer-thin needle and ink in natural colors, hair follicles are mimicked. This technique is perfect for camouflaging thinning hair, bald spots or scars.
At Hair Clinic Wolf, we can help you not only with micro hair pigmentation, but also with a hairtransplants. Check out our options.

2. Start Treatment

Each treatment session lasts 4 to 5 hours. Typically, 3 to 4 sessions are needed to achieve the best results. These sessions are scheduled within three weeks after the initial treatment. To maintain optimal and long-lasting results, we recommend a minor touch-up approximately every 12 to 18 months.

3. Aftercare

For the best results, the scalp should not get wet during the first five days after treatment. Avoid chlorine, saunas, and saltwater during the first two weeks after each treatment. Exposure to sunlight and the use of tanning beds are not recommended during the first four weeks after treatment. Wearing head coverings is allowed after three days, but make sure they are not too warm.
