From the very first contact, I felt at ease. Lieselotte, the founder of Hair Clinic Wolf, is an old classmate of mine. She took extensive time to discuss my situation and gave me clear information about what to expect. She was also very open about the possible risks and complications.
From the moment I boarded the plane to the moment I returned home, I was completely taken care of. The transportation, accommodation and surgery were taken care of to perfection. Lieselotte was always available for questions and she was always ready to help.
The surgery itself was not too bad. The anesthesia was uncomfortable for a while, but after that I felt nothing. The surgeon, was very experienced and he worked very precisely. A beautiful result After the operation you are taken back to the hotel. The first night is a strange one. Through a neck pillow you have to lie on your back. Uncomfortable and less pleasant but doable. Tip: bring earplugs for the nightly yodeling from the several mosques. After the first night you will have a final check in the hospital and be taken to the airport. After a flight with Turkish (h)airlines you will soon be back in the Netherlands. The first week you get scabs on your head. Me and my little brother just laughed about our “tiger balls.” After the last wash, all the scabs are off and you have to wait while your hair grows back.
